Can I attend if I've previously had an injury?

You are more than welcome! Please let us know what the injury was before hand and we will make accomodations to ensure that you do not injure yourself. Our classes offer healing movements that strenthen the body, making it the perfect low impact workout to help heal your body. It would me most beneficial to book a Rehabilitation Session with us.

Would you be willing to do a  1-2-1 session if I have a reformer at home?

You are able to get your first session on us if your'e looking to book a monthy package! From then, you are able to see if you would like to buy a package with us.

Yes! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, you will feel the benefits.  As always, listen to your body, we will modify exercises as necessary, and prioritize your well-being throughout your fitness journey.
